Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Somi offers free economy shipping to 48 U.S. states on orders above $100. Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout. We currently do not ship to Canada and Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time. All domestic orders ship via USPS or UPS with an estimated delivery of 2-8 business days once shipped out.  There is $10.00 flat rate shipping for orders totaling less than $100.00.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We have currently suspended our international shipping.

 

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND STATUS

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number.

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY

If there is a mistake in your delivery address, please send us an email to somikidsny@gmail.com as soon as possible. If our warehouse has not started processing the order yet, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If the address you provided is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed.
