Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

Somi offers free standard shipping to 48 U.S. states on orders above $50. Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout. We currently do not ship to Canada and Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and all other U.S. territories at this time. All domestic orders ship via USPS or UPS with an estimated delivery of 2-7 business days once shipped out. We offer $7.00 flat rate shipping for orders totaling less than $50.

International Shipping

We have currently suspended our international shipping. 

 

Shipping Confirmation & Status

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number.

 

Shipping Address Policy

If there is a mistake in your delivery address, please send us an email to somikidsny@gmail.com soon as possible. If our warehouse has not started processing the order yet, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If the address you provided is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed.

 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within two to four business days.  Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If the order is placed on Friday after 5pm EST, the order will be processed the following Monday. We do not ship during weekends and holidays. Somi is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

 

Backorders & Preorders

If your order contains an item that is on pre-order or backorder, it may not ship right away or it may be automatically split into multiple shipments.

 

Damages

Somi is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
