RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Somi. We hope you love your purchase. If you don’t, we offer 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition as it was received.

- unwashed
- with tags
- in original packaging
*Promotional/sale item(s) and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All SALES ARE FINAL.
*Restocking fee of 10% will be applied to returns that are over $100.
*Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Somi within 48 hours of delivery or a return may not be approved.
HOW TO RETURN ITEM(S)
To start a return, contact us at somikidsny@gmail.com with the subject line, “RETURN”. Please include your order number, return reasons and the item(s) you would like to return. You will receive an email notification with a return label and instructions.
A flat rate $7 return label fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of return shipping for the Somi Prepaid Label. It is a one time fee per order. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
REFUND POLICY
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, refunds are in the form of your original payment. Please remember your bank or credit card company may take up to 10 business days to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at somikidsny@gmail.com. Any items that do not meet our guidelines for a return, or returned without a return slip, will be sent back to the customer at the customer's cost.
*Somi reserves the right to limit or deny returns or exchanges.
EXCHANGE POLICY
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s).
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you would like to cancel your order, please send an e-mail to somikidsny@gmail.com with subject line “CANCEL ORDER”. Please note that once an order is placed, we are not able to make any changes if it has already entered the shipping process. Orders that have entered the shipping process are not eligible for cancellation.
